Minimum Age

  • At least 23 years of age

*** 22 year old drivers with a clean MVR, no accidents and good job history may be considered

Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)

  • 6 months OTR experience in the last 3 years with 6 months flatbed experience

  • Glass Division: For a driver first applying to our company they need at least 6 months of glass experience to go straight into the glass division.  If they have no glass experience, they can apply for OTR and then move into glass upon approval.  It’s that situation where the zero experience pay will come in place.

* One year OTR with no Flatbed experience could qualify as long as the OTR is multiple states in a sleeper cab

* OTR experienced is defined as 1800 + miles per week and more than 5 states in a sleeper cab.

* Local Experience does not count

* They will accept military experience as long as the Driver has 4 months of OTR W/ DD214 AND/OR DRIVER BADGE and at least 6 months of civilian driving experience

Pay Increase

  • OTR, RGN: 1 cpm increase every 60k miles up to 57 cpm. At 57 cpm, 1 cpm increase every 120k up to 61 cpm

  • Midwest Regional: 1 cpm increase every 60k up to 61 cpm. At 61 cpm, 1 cpm increase every 120k up to 65 cpm

  • Glass: 1 cpm increase every 60k miles up to 65 cpm. At 65 cpm, 1 cpm increase every 120k miels up to 68 cpm
