Pre-Qualifications

Minimum Age

CDL Company Driver

  • At least 23 years of age

Company Driver

  • At least 18 years of age

Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)

  • At least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience in the past 5 years of like experience

  • All EVO-Newark and EVO-East Coast drivers must have 2 years of experience in the past 5 years of like experience

  • All Company Drivers (no CDL) must have 2 years of experience in the past 5 years of like experience

  • Military driving experience will be credited, if noted on the candidate’s military record (DD214)

* On positions that say "100K miles" needed for a requirement disregard, they prefer 1 year like experience as it is much easier to verify 

* MUST have a valid license in the state applying for

Moving Violations (max in 3 year period)

  • No more than 1 in the past year

  • No more than 3 in the past 3 years

  • No more than 5 in the past 5 years

  • No more than 3 for the same violation within the previous 5 years
