Averitt Express Pay Range is .50 to .70 CPM Based on Experience and Type of Run

Minimum Age

  • At least 21 years of age unless stated otherwise in individual job description

Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)

  • Experienced Regional & Dedicated - 6 months in the last 3 years

  • Experienced Local, Shuttle, LTL, Dock Worker - 1 year in the last 3 years

* Flatbed - Must have a minimum 4 months of flatbed tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years

* All experience MUST be verifiable tractor/trailer experience

* Straight/Dump Truck does not qualify

* Tractor Trailer MUST be 43 foot or longer

* Local tractor trailer experience counts for local opportunities

Moving Violations (max in 3 year period)

  • No more than 3 in the last 3 years

DOT Recordable Accidents

  • No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years

  • No more than 3 preventable NON DOT preventable accidents within the past 3 year

Incidents (max in 3 year period)

  • No more than 3 in the past 3 years

Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years)

  • None in the past 12 months (15 over, lane change, etc.)

 License Suspensions

  • No suspensions in the last 5 years for Moving Violations

Max. Number of Jobs- in the last 3 years

  • No more than 3 in the past 1 year
