Minimum Age

  • 23 years of age

Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)

  • At least 1 year OTR experience in the past 3 years  

*** Definition of OTR is running multiple states (5+), being out sleeping in the truck during the week and home on the weekend. 

*** Will consider military experience with DD 2-14

Moving Violations (max in 3 year period)

  • No more than 3  in the past 3 years

  • All serious violations will be reviewed

DOT Recordable Accidents

  • No DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years

Incidents (max in 3 year period)

  • Will review

  • If exception is made the driver will do Smith System training in orientation
