Pre-Qualifications

Minimum Age

  • At least 23 years old for first seat Drivers & Refreshers

Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)

  • First Seat Driver - 7 months OTR experience in the past 3 years

* 210 days verified Local experience will qualify for 50 Hour EVAL period

* Will take Drivers under contract with another Carrier, but need proof of experience (Copies of Logs)

Moving Violations (max in 3 year period)

  • No more than 3 and / or PSP unsafe violations in the last 3 years

DOT Recordable Accidents

  • None in the past 2 years, but must have two years safe driving following the accident

  • Accidents that are not at fault will be considered, but must have the accident report to be considered

Incidents (max in 3 year period)

  • No more than two preventables in the previous three years

Ticket / Accident / Incident Combo

  • 2 in the past 3 years

Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years)

  • 0 in the past 2 years

Major Moving Violations- that are automatic DQ's

Sign-On Bonus

$5000 Retention Bonus

  • $200.00 the week after Orientation (Friday), as long as activated and completed first load

  • $200.00 every month for the next 22 months (monthly anniversary date) so long as under load / pre-assigned a load

  • $400.00 at 24 months

Solo Monthly Mileage Incentives

  • 11,500 - 12,000 miles = $0.05 cpm

  • 12,000 - 13,000 miles = $0.01 cpm

  • 13,000 + miles = $0.015 cpm

Team Monthly Mileage Incentive

  • 18,000 miles = $0.01 cpm

  • 22,000 miles = $0.05 cpm

Fuel Efficiency Bonus

  • Approximately $30.00 for every 10th MPG over goal, based upon Department of Energy fuel pricing
