Pre-Qualifications

Minimum Age

  • Flatbed - At least 23 years of age

  • Heavy Haul & Specialized - At least 25 years of age

Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)

  • Flatbed - 2 years verifiable, OTR, tractor/trailer experience in the past 7 years

  • Specialized & Heavy Haul - 3 years verifiable, OTR, tractor/trailer experience in the past 7 years

  • 1 year open trailer experience

Minimum verifiable trailer/commodity experience within 3 years

  • 'L' = 1 year verified flatbed experience preferably with industrial machinery

  • 's' = 2 years verified flatbed with 6 months hauling 's' dimensions and weight

  • 's-' = 2 years verified flatbed with 6 months hauling 's-' dimensions and weight

  • 'S' = 3 years verified flatbed with 1 year hauling 'S' dimensions and weight

  • 'S-' = 3 years verified flatbed with 1 year hauling 'S-' dimensions and weight

  • 'X' = 5 years verified flatbed with 3 years hauling 'X' dimensions and weigh.

Moving Violations (max in 2 year period)

  • Flatbed - No more than 1 moving violation (2 points) in the past 2 years
