Moving Violations (max in 3 year period)

  • No more than 3 in the past 3 years

  • No more than 3 (a combination of) moving violations and minor preventable accidents in the past 3 years

Policy on License suspensions

  • No suspensions for moving violations or due to cause in the past 5 years

DOT Recordable Accidents

  • DOT preventable has to be 3 years old

  • Accidents between 3 and 4 years  will be reviewed

Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years)

  • No reckless Driving charge in the past 5 years

  • No 15 + mph in the past 3 years

Max. Number of Jobs- in the last 3 years

  • No more than 4 jobs in the past 5 years

Policy Against Unemployment- even if it is accounted for

  • Will review

  • No safety terminations

Felony Convictions - How old must they be?

Sign-On Bonus

 Depends on the account and their needs:

  • The first installment of 25% of the total bonus will be paid after 90 calendar days of employment, on the first pay period of the following month. 

  • The second installment of 25% of the total bonus will be paid after 180 calendar days of employment, on the first pay period of the following month.

  • The third and final 50% installment of the bonus will be paid after one (1) year of employment, on the first pay period of the following month.
